ITIL 4 Specialist - Duration 12 Months
The ITIL® 4 Specialist – Create, Deliver & Support (CDS) is one of five courses needed to achieve ITIL 4’s Managing Professional (MP) designation.
The ITIL 4 Create Deliver Support online training course will focus on the integration of different values streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT-enabled products and services whilst also covering supporting practices, methods and tools.
The course focuses on service performance and will give participants an understanding of service quality and improvement methods. It will also enable IT practitioners to continue to deliver innovative yet reliable tech-enabled services

Exam Information
The exam is a 90-minute in duration and contains 40 multiple-choice questions.
A passing mark of 70% is required to receive your certificate. A practice exam is included in the course to help prepare attendees for the final exam. The exam is administered by PeopleCert.
There are prerequisites for this course.
Delegates are required to have achieved their ITIL 4 Foundation certificate before taking this course. You will need to provide us with a copy of your certificate upon booking your exam.
