The ITIL® 4 Specialist – Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) is one of five courses needed to achieve ITIL 4’s Managing Professional (MP) designation.
The ITIL 4 Drive Stakeholder value training course covers key topics like service level agreement design, multi-supplier management, relationship management, customer and user experience design, customer journey mapping, and more. Individuals can expect to walk away with the tools required to drive user engagement and
boost internal and external stakeholder satisfaction.

Exam Information
The exam is a 90-minute in duration and contains 40 multiple-choice questions. A passing mark of 70% is required to receive your certificate. A practice exam is included in the course to help prepare attendees for the final exam.
The exam is administered by PeopleCert.
There are prerequisites for this course.
Delegates are required to have achieved their ITIL 4 Foundation certificate before taking this course. You will need to provide us with a copy of your certificate upon booking your exam.
