Most organisations underestimate the influence emotion has on their culture and leadership. The Emotional Culture Deck can be used for enabling human conversations and bottom-up change.
The emotional culture of an organisation influences employee satisfaction, burnout, teamwork, and even hard measures such as financial performance and absenteeism. But organisations (and leaders) often don’t talk about emotion. Many lack confidence in their human skills.
The Emotional Culture deck helps to flip that conversation and help leaders and staff to uncover what truly motivates them and their people, and map desired team culture.
Use the Emotional Culture Deck to explore and map what teams are feeling, and how they want to feel.
Participants: Team Leaders & Managers (Max 12)
Aim: The purpose of this workshop is to explore the way we want to lead our people and the environment we want to create within our team.
Outcome: At the end of this workshop your group will have defined the top five feelings you want people in your teams to experience as well as the top five things you don't want people to experience at work. PLUS, as a leadership group you will have worked through the Human-centered Leadership Canvas and defined the agreed leadership behaviours that will help foster the emotional culture the team has agreed you want to develop.
